Ross leads the team of qualitative and quantitative research specialists working across our portfolio of projects.
He was previously a Young Professional at the Chars Livelihoods Programme, a flagship DFID livelihoods programme in North-west Bangladesh, where he was responsible for research, monitoring and evaluation projects. Prior to this he worked at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Oxfam GB. He holds a Master’s degree in International Trade from Oxford Brookes, for which he received a full scholarship, and a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Sussex. He has conducted research in Ecuador, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. His research experience includes work on agricultural growth, gender in Muslim countries, and private sector development.
