Polling on Afghan Presidential Debates
The US Embassy commissioned ATR to administer random quota polls under several phases, by phone, and analyzing data from media and secondary research. Through the two polls and qualitative research, ATR measured the audience satisfaction of the programme, but also to assess the changes made in people’s attitude and beliefs. This allowed ATR to map the path from the realization of immediate results to the achievement of more in-depth social transformations.
ATR designed a full evaluation framework including qualitative and quantitative indicators at the output and at the outcome level.
