From Afghanistan to Ghana, ATR has been involved in monitoring school construction programs and evaluating interventions aimed at improving education.
ATR has been engaged in mapping, assessing, and building the capacity of local education departments to better involve the community and provide stable, quality education to communities.

- The evaluation of a girls’ community-based education program for the Afghan component of DFID/ACTED’s Girl’s Education Challenge.
- An assessment of barriers to literacy for the USAID/Creative Associates program Afghan Children Read.
- A review of the policy, legal, and strategic frameworks of the education sector for Helvetas.
- Monitoring and evaluation of school construction quality for DANIDA’s Education Support Program, in partnership with the engineering firm Global Trust.
