Infrastructure
ATR specializes in the audit of horizontal, vertical and other infrastructures, assessing the quality of the constructions and their social relevance.
ATR is in charge of the physical verification of the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) contracts for the World Bank and is working for other agencies such as the ADB, embassies and development contractors.
Key Infrastructure Projects
- Evaluation of the impact of road infrastructure development through the Rural Access Improvement Program and collaboration with UNOPS on the proposal for the fourth phase of the program.
- A baseline survey on electricity access and socioeconomic conditions for USAID.
- Monitoring of wells for the USAID-funded WATAN project.
- Monitoring and evaluation of school construction quality for DANIDA’s Education Support Program, in partnership with the engineering firm Global Trust.
